That bright smile greeting you when you push through the agency’s doors usually belongs to Cathy. And, appropriately, she is the Director of First Impressions. Not only do our guests appreciate Cathy’s welcoming nature, it’s also a nice way to start the workday for the agency crew – especially on those difficult mornings when you’re feeling a bit sluggish. After a long day of keeping things rolling smoothly at the agency, Cathy enjoys doing some scrapbooking, or just relaxing with her close friends and family.
