Dave’s path to the world of advertising wound its way through the Graphic Design program at Conestoga College and landed him a position at JAN Marketing, before the merger with Kelley Advertising. Yes, this seasoned art director has just about seen it all – and that experience comes into play on every curveball project that comes across his desk. It isn’t simply experience that guides this soul to artistic beauty, anal retentiveness plays an important part as well. Ask any member of the studio how "detail-oriented" Dave is about kerning. The guy is a menace on the agency’s Foosball table, too – a key factor in determining one’s position in the pecking order. Dave is also a formidable tennis player. However, he felt that dominating tennis could leave people like Roger Federer or Andy Roddick looking for work.
