Donovan Paige Manager, Technology Services

dpaige@jankelley.com

In many companies across North America, the IT guy can often be perceived as a strange (bordering on weird) individual that is always approached with some trepidation. Well, at JAN Kelley Marketing, nothing could be closer to the truth. We have Donovan. To call him "unique" would be a criminal underestimation. Of course, it would be remiss not to give credit where credit is due. The guy knows his way around the network and if you’ve got a computer problem, come hell or high water, it’ll get solved. On most days, you can hear his devilishly mischievous laugh cackling throughout the office – definitely spirit lifting for those in earshot, but at the same time worrisome. Donovan’s life story away from the office would be enough to make Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O shudder. Formerly a heavy-fisted boxer, and a knuckle chucker of a hockey player who’d make opponents wish they hadn’t dropped the gloves, he now gets his thrills as a motorcycle racer. How does 250 km/h sound?
Donovan is an accomplished professional roadracer and was the 2008 CMRC Canadian Supermoto National Champion.
The results of these, and many other interesting endeavours have left him with enough metal in his body for cyborg classification.
