Leanne Draksler Operations Manager

905-631-4455   ldraksler@jankelley.com

Want to know who really keeps the JKM machine firing on all cylinders? Well, look no further than Leanne. As Operations Manager, she’s obsessed with ensuring that our processes and procedures support the day-to-day operation of the company. She reviews project workflow and estimating to ensure we’re structured to deliver high-quality creative solutions to clients in the most efficient way possible. And having served on both the Creative and Marcom Strategy sides of the biz, Leanne’s experience brings a unique perspective into the challenges and opportunities of running an agency. The graduate of the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario also has good marketing sense and is great at identifying consumer insights, which is partly what drew her to the industry in the first place. That, and the never ending supply of giggles, goofiness and shenanigans that mark most days. And coming from a family of practical jokers, the job suits her perfectly.

It's finally happened. A feminine hygiene company has found its sense of humour. Instead of telling women to have a happy period (any way I can get the guy's number who created that line so I can chat with him during my next "happy" time?), Kotex is promoting its newest line of products "U by Kotex" with an honest, wit...
