Randy is a "customer relationship marketing" extraordinaire – that's "direct marketing" to the tell-it-like-it-is average folk. He's had successful stints at a few direct marketing heavy hitters like ICOM, MacLaren McCann and Mighty where he's plied his trade on accounts like Unilever, General Motors, Scotiabank and Hyundai. Around the office, Randy is a fairly quiet guy who takes care of business in a pleasant and friendly fashion. That said, he is the son of a Manchester native and, thus, is a staunch Man United supporter. So, if soccer is the conversation topic, it might be best to stay just out of head-butting range. This is just a precaution as there has been no reported evidence to suggest hooligan tendencies. Randy also enjoys travelling and has been to many places throughout Europe – Italy being the favourite so far.
