Sue is one of the elite few who traffic the flow of money in and out the door at JAN Kelley Marketing. In Sue’s case, it’s taking care of client billing. Probably the biggest hurdle on a day-to-day basis is getting the folks in the Marcom Strategy Group to ensure that their billing paperwork is up to date. No small feat. Thankfully, Sue’s personality is perfect for her role. She’s easily one of the nicest people you’d ever meet – always has a smile on her face to compliment her soft-spoken nature. At the same time, she’ll make you scramble pretty quick if she has to pay you a visit for tardy invoicing. When she says, “I need that invoicing now,” you get her that invoicing now. We’ve all heard enough stories that start off, “Worked in accounting, kind of quiet, friendly…” to know that you best get your paperwork done on time.
